At rappid., we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags. If your fit isn't quite right, we've made the exchange and refund process as fast as our name suggests.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still securely attached.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off point; you will receive a notification and refund once our team inspects the return.
